Reimbursement Example - Pools - Onetrace

As different tasks are performed by different people in real life, in the next set of examples we will build on the same process as in the previous examples, enriched with annotations of the roles played by the people performing the tasks.

In BPMN Sketch Miner, pools are defined by writing their name followed by “:”.

The default behavior is that all tasks remain in their pool until a different pool is defined for the following tasks.

In the example, all the tasks are assigned to the “Employee” pool until the “Department Head:” is defined, after which all of the remaining tasks are assigned to the “Department Head”.
